Returns are free only within mainland France, excluding promotional and outlet periods. For sale and outlet items, a return fee of €7 will apply.

Returns from the European Union (excluding Italy) are charged €8.

Returns from Italy are charged €10.

Returns from outside the EU (UK and Switzerland) are charged €15.

For returns from other international locations and French overseas territories, return shipping costs will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund. We do not cover any taxes or shipping costs incurred. Only returns shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will be accepted. Our warehouse reserves the right to refuse any package if duties are due upon delivery.
