Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?
Products in perfect condition with the original tags. Original shoe boxes. Any accompanying accessories. Please do not return your order with only the original shoe box as packaging. Returns may be refused if items are received damaged.
Are returns free?
Returns are free only within mainland France, excluding promotional and outlet periods. For sale and outlet items, a return fee of €7 will apply. Returns from the European Union (excluding Italy) are charged €8. Returns from Italy are charged €10. Re
I used a promo code or discount voucher on a returned item. Can I request a new discount?
Promo codes and discount vouchers are for one-time use only. We will not be able to issue a new voucher once your returned item has been received.
