How do I return an item?Updated 17 days ago

1. Submit a return request: Go to your customer account and click on the relevant order. You can then click the visible button to request a return for your order. (Click here if you know your order number and the email address used.)
2. Return the item(s):
   Include the packing slip that came with your original order. We ask that you return in a single package:

• Products in perfect condition with the original tags

• Original shoe boxes

• Any accompanying accessories

Please do not return your order with only the original shoe box as packaging. Returns may be refused if items are received damaged.
