- Refund (available worldwide): Issued after we receive and inspect your return. Return fees may apply depending on your country of origin (see question about return fees).
- Store credit (available only within the EU): Once the item is returned, we will issue a store credit for the value of the pair. It can be used on our website for up to 1 year. After this period, the store credit will expire and cannot be refunded.
